ENSURING MEMBERS GET THIER DISCOUNTS WHEN SIGNING UP FOR PROGRAMS ONLINE.
There may be members calling or stopping and mentioning that they are not getting their discount on purchases made online.
Why is this happening?
Sometimes when people log in online, they do not use the same email/account that their membership is under. Bookeo doesn't recognize them as members because they are using a different account.
How to fix it!
We just need to update that member's password. Look up that customer in Bookeo, and scroll down to the bottom of their file. There you will see the option to update their password.
If they are calling, you can simply update the password to the member's last name. (Be sure to let them know what letters are capitalized.)
If they are here in person, set the keyboard on the counter and allow them to update their own password.
Once thier password is updated, the member can log in online using the email listed in the membership and the newly updated password.
