Jordan DeGree - Executive Director

Jordan founded Creative Adventure Lab in 2008, after observing how people of all ages and abilities light up when given opportunities to be creative.  

Jordan was born in Dubuque and thinks it's the best community in the world. He loves seeing his home town continue to improve and grow. Jordan is perpetually inspired by the amazing people in this community who dream big, take action, create solutions, lead change, and work tirelessly to make this a great place to live.

 

Amanda Steines - Operations Director

Amanda Steines joined Creative Adventure Lab in 2016.  Growing up in Bellevue, she used her skills in the arts to understand other subjects in school.  Amanda believes creative thinking is a valuable skill that improves all aspects of our lives. 

Amanda loves being a part of Creative Adventure Lab and helping the organization bring arts and sciences together to increase the creative capacity in our community.

Eric Dregne - Innovation Lab Director

Eric is a social entrepreneur and idea maker who believes in the power of communities to create and innovate.

Eric brings 20 years of experience leading teams in business and more than a decade working with communities and leading initiatives to the Innovation Lab.  Eric lives in Galena with his wife Carolyn and his sons Jake and Jack.

 

Danielle Lensen - Communications Lead

Danielle is a big believer in the power and momentum of a community of creative thinkers. Using a wide variety of storytelling tools, Danielle enjoys sharing how Creative Adventure Lab advances creative thinking and innovation to improve our community. She feels lucky to be part of an organization that believes in the power and potential of creativity.

Kelsie VonHollen - Program Lead

Kelsie has a passion for fostering creative thinking and new ideas in many different medians. With a background in Art Education, she loves working with all age groups and is very excited to be apart of our vision.

She is a native of Dubuque and happy to be back in her hometown.  She is very excited to be apart of the growing creative culture in our community.
