HODGE is a rapidly growing company (as in - they’ve doubled their workforce twice in recent years rapid). With over 700 employees, multiple locations, and an eye toward continued growth, HODGE leadership recognized an opportunity to innovate their recruitment and retention strategies.
Creative Adventure Lab designed and delivered an ongoing innovation circuit that engaged more than 80 HODGE employees to help create and implement significant improvements to key on-boarding & training inflection points in a new employee’s first 30 days.
As a result of employee innovations, HODGE has seen significant early signs of improvement in systems, processes, and employee engagement.
