HODGE is a rapidly growing company (as in - they’ve doubled their workforce twice in recent years rapid). With over 700 employees, multiple locations, and an eye toward continued growth, HODGE leadership recognized an opportunity to innovate their recruitment and retention strategies.

THE APPROACH

Creative Adventure Lab designed and delivered an ongoing innovation circuit that engaged more than 80 HODGE employees to help create and implement significant improvements to key on-boarding & training inflection points in a new employee’s first 30 days.

THE IMPACT

As a result of employee innovations, HODGE has seen significant early signs of improvement in systems, processes, and employee engagement.

More importantly, they’ve reported successes around infusing a culture of innovation into their company and creating opportunities for employees at all levels to meaningfully contribute to the company’s future innovation efforts.
